This Privacy Policy explains how Myaad Associates ("we", "us", "our"), the operator of the TryGrably food-ordering and delivery platform ("TryGrably", "the app", "the Service"), collects, uses, shares, and protects your information when you use our website (trygrably.com), mobile application, and related services. TryGrably is an honest-pricing food delivery platform based in Bengaluru, India. We connect you directly with restaurants at their real menu prices, with no hidden markups.
1. Information We Collect
a. Information you provide
Account details: your name and mobile phone number (used to create and verify your account via OTP).
Delivery information: your delivery address(es), landmark, and any delivery instructions you enter.
Order details: the items you order, order history, and preferences.
Communications: messages you send to our customer support.
b. Information collected automatically
Location data: with your permission, we collect your device's GPS location to show nearby restaurants, sort them by distance, and enable accurate delivery. You can disable location access in your device settings.
Device and technical information: device type, operating system, browser type, app version, unique device identifiers, IP address, and diagnostic/crash data, used to operate and improve the Service.
Usage data: how you interact with the app (pages viewed, features used, time spent) to improve your experience.
Push notification tokens: if you enable notifications, a token is stored to send you order updates.
c. Payment information
Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider, Razorpay. We collect your payment method type and transaction status/reference, but we do not store your full card numbers, UPI PINs, or banking credentials on our servers — those are handled directly and securely by Razorpay in accordance with applicable payment security standards.
2. How We Use Your Information
To create and manage your account and verify your identity.
To process, fulfil, and deliver your orders, and to share necessary details with the restaurant and delivery partner.
To show relevant restaurants near you and calculate delivery distance.
To process payments and send order confirmations and receipts.
To send order status updates and service-related notifications.
To provide customer support and respond to your queries.
To detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and technical issues.
To improve and personalise the Service, and comply with legal obligations.
3. How We Share Your Information
We share your information only as needed to run the Service:
Restaurants: your name, order details, and delivery information, so they can prepare and dispatch your order.
Delivery partners: your name, delivery address, phone number, and location, to complete delivery.
Payment processor (Razorpay): information required to process your payment.
Service providers: trusted vendors who help us operate (e.g. cloud hosting, SMS/OTP, notifications, analytics), bound by confidentiality obligations.
Legal reasons: when required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of TryGrably, our users, or others.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
4. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion of your account and associated data (see Section 7).
5. Data Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures — including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access controls — to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Location Permissions
TryGrably requests access to your device location to improve restaurant discovery, distance sorting, and delivery accuracy. Granting location access is optional but recommended for the best experience. You can enable or disable it any time through your device or browser settings.
7. Your Rights and Choices
Access and correction: you can view and update your profile and address details in the app.
Account deletion: you may request deletion of your account and personal data by contacting us at hello@trygrably.com.
Notifications: you can opt out of push notifications in your device settings.
Location: you can revoke location permission at any time.
8. Children's Privacy
TryGrably is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.
9. Third-Party Services
Our Service integrates third-party services such as Razorpay (payments), Google/Firebase (notifications and infrastructure), and delivery logistics providers. Their use of your information is governed by their own privacy policies.
